Emanuela è Global Social Marketing Business Development Manager per AliExpress, Worldwide B2C e-commerce del gruppo Alibaba, basata nell’Headquarter a Hangzhou (Cina), ma spesso in trasferta in Europa. Oltre al ruolo in AliExpress, Emanuela fa anche parte di Alibaba Global Talent Development program (AGTD), una leadership academy che ha lo scopo di formare i leader globali del gruppo. Prima di Alibaba, Emanuela ha lavorato per più di 3 anni in consulenza, dapprima come Project Manager in Reply, e successivamente come Senior Digital Innovation Consultant in Ernst&Young, consolidando le sue expertise in ambito E-commerce, con focus sul mondo del Retail, Fashion e Entertainment. Precedentemente all’esperienza in consulenza, Emanuela ha lavorato come Business Developer sia per una startup ad Amsterdam, che successivamente per Google AdWords a Milano. Si è laureata in Economia e Management all’Università Luigi Bocconi, con esperienze di Summer School presso la Fudan University di Shanghai e di Exchange Program presso l’University of Illinois (USA). E’ membro del Board of Directors e Team Strategy di ICPN. Nel tempo libero viaggia in giro per il mondo e si dedica alla sua passione per il pianoforte. E’ fluente in italiano, inglese, cinese, francese e ultimamente cercando di migliorare lo spagnolo.

Emanuela is the Global Social Marketing Business Development Manager for AliExpress, Worldwide B2C e- commerce of the Alibaba group. She is based at the Headquarter in Hangzhou (China), but she often travels in Europe for business. Besides her role in AliExpress, Emanuela is also part of the Alibaba Global Talent Development Program (AGTD), a leadership academy which aims at educating the global leaders of the
group. Before Alibaba, Emanuela worked for more than three years in the consultancy field: first as Project Manager in Reply and subsequently as Senior Digital Innovation Consultant in Ernst&Young. Thanks to
these positions she consolidated her expertise in e-commerce, with focus on the world of Retail, Fashion and Entertainment. Earlier than the experience in consultancy, Emanuela worked as Business Developer for both a startup in Amsterdam and then also for Google AdWords in Milan. She graduated in Economics and Management at Luigi Bocconi University, with Summer School experiences at Fudan University in Shanghai and at the University of Illinois (USA).
She is a member of the Board Directors and Team Strategy of ICPN.
In her Free time, she travels around the world and engages in her passion for the piano. She is fluent in Italian, English, Chinese, French and recently she is seeking to improve her knowledge of the Spanish language.
